Situated in civil parish of Woldingham in Surrey and part of the London commuter belt, Tillingdown Park is a unique development of 16 three, four and five bedroom traditional homes within a countryside setting. Lying over 700 feet above sea level on top of the North Downs, Woldingham is a picturesque village in a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is criss-crossed by ancient trails.

The village of Woldingham has a small parade of shops known as “The Crescent” which are situated in the centre of the village offering a variety of amenities, including a post office and saddlery shop. For a wider range of facilities Caterham has everything one requires for day to day shopping and includes the Church Walk Shopping Centre and Waitrose and Morrisons supermarkets. There are two golf clubs in Woldingham, North Downs Golf Club is a stunning 18 hole course overlooking the North Downs and Woldingham Golf Course designed by American course architect Bradford Benz. Football is well catered for with lots of local clubs offering teams of all ages and ability. Caterham Cricket Club shares its facilities with The Old Caterhamians Rugby Football Club. The very popular Everyman Cinema is located in Oxted showing films and satellite screenings.

There is easy access to the surrounding countryside with its network of footpaths and bridleways. A 155 acre Woodland Trust site comprising of Marden Park and Great Church Wood is located close to the village of Woldingham.
